Archive Management & Data Storage.

Included Storage. Each AffiliateReporting.com service level includes a generous amount of storage to archive your data in our secure and backed-up environment. In fact, it’s probably enough storage for most affiliates to store all of there data for years! See our pricing chart to compare the amount of storage included with each service level.
Approximate Number of Keywords. Storage usage is calculated based on the number of search engine cost transactions and affiliate network revenue transactions stored in the AffiliateReporting.com system. There is a correlation to the number of keywords managed in the system and our pricing chart to compare the approximate number of keywords that you can manage with each service level.
Archive Management. AffiliateReporting.com manages your archived data for you by deleting old data to make room for new data if you hit your account limit. Of course, you’ll be notified before anything is deleted and you can upgrade your account at anytime to keep as much data as you wish.

2-Minute Integration Wizard. Our integration wizard makes it simple to integrate your data source in four minutes or less. When you’re ready to create a trial account, just have your access information, such as usernames and passwords, for any affiliate network or search engine accounts you wish to connect.
Once you’ve entered your credentials, AffiliateReporting.com encrypts and stores them to use in the AutoSync process. If you don’t have time to enter everything in the integration wizard when you create your account, you can always return to the Data Manager to add, remove, or edit.

Quick Converter. The Quick Converter automates the integration process by converting existing tracking codes, or adding unique AffiliateReporting.com tracking ID”s to your search engine destination URLs, all without disrupting your performance history. Since you can convert by campaign or ad group, you’ll have complete control over the process and can start out small or jump in all at once.
Bulk Converter. For extremely large conversion jobs of 100,000 keywords or more, we recommend using the Bulk Converter. It works just like the Quick Converter, but exports the changes to a file for upload into the search engine.
